Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns – 15 Days

Our return policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (except where mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise).

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unassembled

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

This policy applies to our physical products, such as our FaithBricks building sets and Christian décor.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

We also cannot accept returns of:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at producto3diego@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser, who will then be informed of your return.

30-Day Product Guarantee

In addition to the 15-day return period, your purchase is covered by our 30-day product guarantee.

For 30 days from the date of delivery, if your item:

  • arrives defective or damaged, or

  • has missing pieces, or

  • develops a fault not caused by misuse or improper handling,

we will provide replacement parts or a replacement item at no additional cost, as appropriate.

This guarantee does not extend or replace the 15-day return window, but it ensures that your product is free from defects and fully usable.
